首先，感谢您的回复，为此我已经联系过很多律师了，您是第一个给我肯定答复的律师，真的非常感谢您，下面我简单的介绍一下我的情况。
我是一个搞艺术的，“起诉美国政府”是我计划开展的一件观念艺术作品，这个作品的题目是《心灵诉讼──起诉美利坚》。我的诉讼理由是：911后，我开始崇 敬本拉登，一个身心正常的人是不应该崇敬本拉登的，所以，崇敬拉登的人应该属于心智不健全的心理疾病患者。扪心自问发现是美国的对外政策造成我崇敬本拉登 的，所以，美国政府对我的心理问题负有责任，因此，我应该起诉美国政府。我想我这是主张个人的人权，是对真正体现民主人权意识的尊重和恪守。同时，也是为 人类的反恐事业、世界的和平与安宁做贡献。
崔律师，虽然我说这是一件艺术作品，但对于这个案件以及我打这场官司的决心都是非常认真和严肃的，请您不要因为我说这是一件观念艺术作品，就以为这是不能 当真的儿戏，请您相信我，这不是儿戏。我知道美国是实行案例法的国家，而我的案件也是依据美国的两个案件提出的诉讼。我想借我的诉讼引起美国社会对其外交 政策的反思，这是我的诉讼的意义所在，也是我把这场官司视为一件观念艺术作品的原因所在。

简要案情：
美国多年来对外奉行的以意识形态划分敌友的外交政策，给我造成了严重的心灵伤害，使我感到时时刻刻都生活在危险之中，我的生命财产随时随刻都在受到美国的 威胁。伊拉克战争、前南联盟战争的爆发以及美国拥有的强大的军事能力都在不断加深我的这种焦虑，我看到凡是被美国视为敌对国家的人民，他们的生命财产安全 就没有任何保障。因此，我对美国政府产生了反感情绪。
9·11事件发生那天我欢呼雀跃，之后，我在家里悬挂拉登的画像，穿印有拉登头像的T恤，买ak74u的仿真枪；而我是一个天性善良、正直的人，我也看到了基地组织制造的诸多恐怖事件，看到很多无辜的人失去生命，然而我依然不能停止喜欢、崇敬拉登。
我喜欢、崇敬拉登的理由是我看到拉登的存在，使得一些国家的安全环境得到暂时的缓解，是出于对和平、对生命、对人性的爱。世界需要和平，我的身心也需要和 平，而承载我美好愿望的载体却是恐怖之王——拉登，我的身心深深感到痛苦和煎熬。究其原因，我的这些痛苦都是由于美国错误的奉行的以意识形态划分敌友的外 交政策政府造成的，因此，我决定拿起法律武器，为美国政府给我制造的精神伤害索取应有的赔偿；又由于我是一个艺术工作者，有着多年的艺术创作经验，因此我 决定用法律诉讼的形式起诉美国政府，将这个法律诉讼过程转化成为一个观念艺术、行为艺术，同时，也希望为世界和平奉献一点绵薄之力。

2001年6月美国人理查德·波伊肯状告美国烟草商菲力普－莫里斯公司，获赔30亿美元，法院判定菲力普－莫里斯公司欺诈、玩忽职守和生产劣质产品等6项罪名成立。
2002年7月美国人恺撒·巴伯控告麦当劳、肯德基、汉堡王等美国快餐连锁公司，理由是快餐公司没有向顾客警告过多摄取快餐食品会对人体健康造成危害。
这两个都是美国人自愿选用了美国公司的产品，导致个人身体健康受到损害、最终引起诉讼、获得赔偿的案例。他们的身体健康受损最初都是出于自愿选择，不是被 迫、不可避免的，而我受到的伤害是被迫的，加害方主动加害在先，受害人被动受到伤害，而且无法避免，更为严重的是受害人是精神上受到了伤害，完全不同于那 两个美国人的身体健康受损。如果，出于个人主动选择、身体健康受到损害都可以通过法律手段获取赔偿的话，那么，由于美国政府的行为，完全不是出于我个人自 愿选择所导致的精神伤害就更应该给予赔偿。要知道同样是伤害，精神伤害要比身体伤害更为严重。

我是中国的一名艺术工作者，自07年开始我一直在进行一件观念艺术创作。我作品的题目是《心灵诉讼》。我的艺术构思是：911事件发生后我开始赞赏崇敬本 拉登。探寻使我产生这种心理的原因，发现是美国的对外政策造成的。站在普遍人性的角度，崇敬本拉登应该是一种人格不健全的病态心理，是美国的对外政策使我 成为一个心智不健全的人，让我在长达数年的时间里崇敬赞赏本拉登，因此，我有理由起诉美国政府、要求精神伤害赔偿。
自07年开始创作这个作品以来，我多方寻找支持帮助，找过很多律师，而至今没有一个律师愿意承接我的案子。反而在寻找律师的过程中，我遭到很多挫折和讥讽。我想这是因为那些律师缺乏人文精神和人道主义素养造成的。
法律是严肃的，艺术是神圣的。我说是美国的对外政策使得我赞赏崇敬本拉登，不是空口白牙的随便乱说。在庄严的法律面前，可以通过催眠术、心理咨询、测谎仪 等科学检验手段来证明我的陈述是真实可信的；在圣洁的艺术面前，我更是秉持真诚、心口一致的创作态度，对自己的言行负责。所以，我起诉美国政府、要求精神 伤害赔偿不是制造噱头，而是体现我对民主、人权精神的追求和向往，是在我的职业素养和人文主义情怀驱使下做出的决定。
一个优秀的、有道德良知的人是应该注重自己心理健康的人。起诉美国政府，要求精神伤害赔偿就是在追求我个人的身心健康，是在主张我的个人权利。我非常赞同 由西方政治家提出的“人权大于主权”的人道主义标准。在这个世界上没有什么比重视维护自己个人权利更为重要的，而我注重自己的心理健康、维护个人精神世界 安宁的诉求必将成为体现“人权大于主权”思想的杰出典范，是对民主、人权最好的尊重与捍卫。可悲的是我找过的那些律师，他们对民主人权的认识还非常的浅 薄，他们在人文主义和人道主义方面还非常缺乏素养。
我相信美国的民主、法制制度是世界上最健全的。您是最新当选的美国总统，出于对美国民主、法制制度的信任，我在实在无路可走的情况下，决定给您写这封信，要求您给我指派一位律师，通过庄严神圣的法律程序来解决我个人的心理问题，同时，也是协助我完成我的艺术创作。
如前所述，我把我的精神伤害赔偿案件视为一件观念艺术作品。既然是观念艺术作品，就意味着我的“心灵诉讼”是具有一定的社会意义、人文价值的。从表面上 看，我的法律诉求只是主张我的个人权利，实际上，它是针对一种社会心理提出了一个人文课题，是超越国界、种族、各个社会阶层的非常严重的社会心理问题。
人所共知，在世界各地有非常众多的人都在赞赏崇敬本拉登，甚至将他视为英雄好汉，只是慑于美国的强大和各国政府的压制，使得这种声音一直处于民间私下流行 状态，而这种民间的私下流行状态往往是最危险、最具有浸透力的。官方越是压制、限制的声音，在民间就往往最有生命力、最深入人心。再看看近几年愈演愈烈、 逐步扩大蔓延的恐怖袭击事件，不由得让我对人类的和平事业、恐怖主义问题产生忧虑、陷入深深的思考。
“是什么滋生了恐怖主义？”“为何‘反恐、反恐，越反越恐’？”“人类如何才能彻底消除恐怖主义？”“为什么我也赞赏崇敬本拉登？”一连串的问题在我脑海 里萦绕。我开始探寻造成我崇敬本拉登的心理诱因，发现是美国政府的对外政策使得我崇敬赞赏本拉登的。于是，我得出了美国政府对我的病态心理负有责任的逻辑 推断。联想到多年前美国曾经发生的3例精神伤害赔偿案件，我意识到我也可以起诉美国政府，要求精神伤害赔偿。
促使我做出这个决定的因素有很多，其中最主要的是受两次心理危机影响。第一次心理危机是911事件发生前的紧张的中美关系。由于在第一次海湾战争、南联盟 战争中看到美国军事力量的强大，使得我对自己的生命财产安全产生忧虑，害怕美国的战车指向中国大陆，担心自己丧失安稳平静的生活环境。于是，在心底自然而 然的产生了对美国的抵触情绪。等到911事件发生后，我第一个反映是“拉登太牛X了”。在那之后，我就开始赞赏崇敬本拉登，从此我成为一个心智不健全的 人。
我的第二次心理危机产生于2007年。那一年，美国和伊朗的关系异常紧张，美国好像随时都会发动对伊朗的军事打击。我的人道主义情怀告诉我，如果美国对伊 朗展开军事打击，国际秩序、世界和平将会荡然无存。从此，在强大的美国面前，任何一个国家的普通公民个体都没有安全可言；如此以来，会对更多的人产生负面 的心理影响；会有更多的人崇敬赞赏本拉登；恐怖主义将会从此成为人类难以消除的噩梦。基于这个判断，我终于下定决心去创作实施我的观念艺术作品，并想把这 个作品献给人类的反恐事业。
当我做出这个决定之后，我不再是一个瞻前顾后、畏首畏脚的懦夫，我决心要做一个具有国际主义情怀的高尚的人。广泛存在各国民间、各个阶层的崇敬拉登的社会 心理是要不得的，这是反人类、没人性、没道德、没良知的畸形社会心理。由于我也是拉登的拥趸者，我将我个人的心理问题拿出来，用法律审判的方式去为这种扭 曲的社会心理做一个人文主义标签。告诉世界各地的拉登的拥趸者，“崇敬拉登是一种不健康的病态心理”，“拉登不应该成为人们崇敬的偶像”。此时，我的心理 问题不再是我一个人的问题，而是全人类的问题。如果我能够站到美国的法庭上，不仅能够解决我个人的心理问题，还能够解决人类的反恐问题、世界和平问题和霸 权主义威胁问题。只有美国人民对自己国家的对外政策进行深刻反思、并做出正确的抉择，人类的反恐事业才能取得胜利，世界和平才能得到保证，霸权主义才会不 再威胁弱小国家。往小处说我这是帮助美国开展反恐战争，往大处说我这是在为世界和平、为人类精神世界的安宁做贡献。
我的艺术思考是深邃的，附和逻辑的。前不久，曾有一家中文报纸转载一篇美国《时代周刊》的文章，题目是“引领世界的十个新观念”，其中第四条就是“说服” 恐怖分子。该文提出用政治谈判的手段和恐怖分子达成和解，提出“人们为什么要加入恐怖团体？”的设问。看完那篇文章，我更加确信自己的决定是正确的，我的 诉讼案就是对这个问题做出的最好解答。不仅如此，“心灵诉讼”还指明了产生恐怖主义的根源；提出赞赏崇敬拉登的社会心理是不健康的病态心理；提醒人们要重 视自己的心理健康。“心灵诉讼”将人类反恐事业带进了一个新高度。无论作为一件观念艺术作品，还是一场法律诉讼案件，它都是意义深远的。政治谈判和军事打 击是不能彻底消除恐怖主义的，只有美国放弃了霸权主义外交路线，才能减少各国人民对美国的敌视和反感，才能在源头上摧毁滋生恐怖主义的温床；只有在人们的 精神世界开展反恐斗争，从思想意识领域阻断对拉登的信仰崇拜，人类的反恐事业才能取得最终的胜利。
在进行了如上的思考判断之后，我注册、开通了“心灵诉讼”博客，开始寻找法律支持援助。然而，现实是残酷的，由于中国人普遍缺乏民主精神、人权意识，我的 同胞多数认为我是在胡闹，认为我是在为恐怖主义摇旗呐喊。我这是在为恐怖主义摇旗呐喊吗？不是。我非但不是在为恐怖主义摇旗呐喊，反而是在维护人类的文明 秩序，是在为消除潜在的恐怖主义兵源做贡献。用法律手段解决问题难道不是最文明、最理智的？
美国的对外政策产生了两种对抗，一种是国家间的，如美国和俄罗斯、伊朗之间的对抗，国家间的对抗会生产什么后果？扩军备战，相互威慑，弄不好就是擦枪走 火、军事冲突；另一种是民间的对抗，民间对抗又分两种，一种是彻头彻尾的恐怖组织，他们用不断制造恐怖袭击事件来表达对美国的仇恨；另一种是广泛存在各国 民间的反美情绪，这中间有很大一部分人都声称自己赞赏崇敬本拉登。他们真的赞赏崇敬本拉登吗？不是的。他们只是觉得自己国家政府没有勇气和能力给他们提供 安全保障，出于对美国强大军事力量的畏惧，在内心深处自然而然做出的应激反映。处于这种状态的人是最无助的，他们感觉在自己祖国生活没有安全保障，他们既 渴望和平安宁的生活，又把个人的安全意识寄托在恐怖主义袭击美国，进而牵扯美国的精力，换取个人心理安全的畸形心理中。他们既能够成为和平主义者，也能滑 向恐怖主义深渊，这是多么严重的人道主义危机呀！我就是这类人群中的一员。而我决定拿起法律的武器去维护个人权利，比起国家间的军事对抗、恐怖分子制造的 恐怖袭击事件，难道不是更文明、更理智？
真正的独立精神是拒绝一切社会压力、守卫社会良知的。奥巴马先生，我的决定就是在守卫社会的良知。“心灵诉讼”的出发点是好的，它必将会对世界和平、人类 的反恐事业发挥良好的促进作用。当然，在中国这个缺乏民主精神、缺乏人道主义思想的国度里，我的作品必然会遭到曲解和误读。而美国是一个民主、人权意识强 烈，法制健全的国家。我想作为美国总统的您，一定不会像我的同胞那样曲解和误读我的作品。因此，我热切的盼望您给我指派一位律师，帮助我实现达成我的愿 望。
一个个人或组织，只有承担起自己能够承担的社会责任，社会才会善待他；如果他放弃了自己的社会责任，就是放弃自己的未来。恐怖主义不是美国的家事，它是全 人类的涉及子孙万代的公事，在这个问题面前，各种社会力量都应该负起责任。我以观念艺术的形式去解读造成恐怖主义泛滥的根源，也是在担负起艺术的社会责 任。在您的竞选纲领中，提出要奉行“和解”政策，我想我的诉讼就是在帮助您施行“和解”政策。在“心灵诉讼”面前，您愿意担负起美国的社会责任吗？
作为艺术家的我时时刻刻都在坚守我的社会责任，我喜欢对人类面临的所有问题进行独立思考判断，比如生态平衡问题、环境保护问题、地球温室效应以及人类的反 恐问题。这些问题都关乎人类未来的发展。一般来说，这些问题都是由政治力量去解决的。但是，政治力量解决问题往往犯有一种通病，就是把简单问题复杂化，把 复杂的问题更加复杂化，甚至是将其推向持久化。因此，人类面临的问题就越来越多，越来越艰巨。为什么这么多年美国花费巨资、投入巨大的人力物力，却没有取 得反恐战争的胜利？就是因为美国的政治决策奉行把简单问题复杂化，把复杂问题持久化的原则。为什么你们不去探究造成恐怖主义泛滥的根源呢？因为，那样做会 把复杂问题简单化，人们会轻易看出问题的究竟。如果那样做了，各种政治力量如何在乱局中捞取个人利益？
美国历来喜欢为自己寻找假想敌，不管对方有没有把美国当作敌人，一旦美国将对方视为对手，就会采取各种手段去威胁甚至是破坏对方的安全环境。这是造成我心灵扭曲、崇敬拉登的根本原因，也是促使无数的人崇敬赞赏拉登的根本原因。
奥巴马先生，您是最新一任的美国总统。您未来的执政路线是继续遵循前任的老路，还是为美国历史书写新的篇章？全世界人民都在用眼睛看着您。我以一个局外人 的身份、抱持着国际主义情怀，用观念艺术的形式指出美国成为恐怖袭击目标的根源所在，我希望您能读懂我的真诚。一场战争的爆发，无论是反恐战争还是国家间 的军事冲突，最先遭殃的都是平民百姓。在民主、人权、艺术、法律面前，我们都应该心口相应、诚实不欺。
奥巴马先生，我的诉求不是针对您或具体的某几个人，我只想起诉美国政府。我用法律诉讼的形式主张个人权利，维护个人精神世界的安宁，是我民主思想、人权意 识觉醒的表现。如果我能够站在美国的法庭上，我的这个艺术行为就会散发出人性的光辉，可能会促使美国人民进行反思，可能会让人类的反恐事业从此走上正道。 当然，您也可以认为我这是在给美国出难题；可以将我的诉求当作对美国的挑衅，而我认为我这是在帮助美国人民进行反恐斗争。

1、关于人身伤害的法律介绍
法 律 介 紹
人身傷害法保護那些因他人的失責(negligence)、魯莽(recklessness)、過失(malpractice)、不作為 (inaction)而遭受人身傷害的人。人身傷害法涵蓋的內容很廣，如但主要的有車禍(auto accidents)、醫療過失(medical malpractice)、產品責任(product liability)、工傷事故(injury at work)。
受害者可以就經濟或精神損失向一般所說的“責任方”要求賠償。其中，經濟損失可能包括醫療費、誤工損失以及其他財產損失，視具體案件而定。
“責任方”可能負的責任有三種：無過錯責任(no-fault liability)、過錯責任(fault liability)、嚴格責任(strict liability)。無過錯責任針對的是過失行為，包括未及時阻止危險發生的過失行為。這種過失行為如果給受害者造成人身傷害，也是要做出賠償的，不過 這種賠償一般是補償性賠償(compensatory damages)而不是懲罰性賠償(punitive damages)。但過錯責任不僅要有補償性賠償，還要有懲罰性賠償，並且要追究刑事責任，因為它針對的是故意侵犯行為(intentional wrong)。嚴格責任主要用于產品責任案，當某一產品的消費者因為使用這一產品而遭受人身傷害時，產品的生產商、銷售商等都可能要對其傷害負嚴格責任， 並做出賠償。賠償數額一般視個案而定，但一般來說，生產、銷售等環節上的廠商從該產品獲利越大，賠償金相對也越大。
人身傷害訴訟中，律師費采用的是“勝訴收費製”（contingency fee）。只有在律師幫受害者索賠成功後，才收取一定的律師費，大約為全部索賠額的三分之一，但各州的規定有所不同；如果律師敗訴，就不能獲得律師費，不管做過多少準備工作。
2、美国早年的一个案例，看似与我的案子没关，但是，它具有一定的启发意义。
美国幼儿园起诉案
30多年前，在美国内华达州发生了一桩奇特的诉讼案：一位母亲仅仅因为自己3岁的女儿认识了字母“O”而把女儿所在的幼儿园告上了法庭。案件以幼儿园 败诉而结束，这位母亲获得1000万美元的赔偿。其实，案件奇特的意义还不仅于此，读一读这篇文章的最后一段，我们就会明白其社会效益早已远远超过了 1000万美元本身。 1968年，美国内华达州一位叫伊迪丝的3岁小女孩告诉妈妈，她认识礼品盒上“OPEN''’的第一个字母“O”，这位妈妈非常 吃惊，问她怎么认识的。伊迪丝说:“是薇拉小姐教的。”这位母亲表扬了女儿之后，一纸诉状把薇拉小姐所在的劳拉三世幼儿园告上了法庭，理由是该幼儿园剥夺 了伊迪丝的想象力，因为她的女儿在认识“O”之前，就能把“O”说成苹果、太阳、足球、鸟蛋之类的圆形东西，然而自从劳拉三世幼儿园教她识读了26个字 母，伊迪丝便失去了这种能力。她要求该幼儿园对这种后果负责，赔偿伊迪丝精神伤残费1000万美元。 转载地 址：http://bbs2.iyaya.com/talk/t-1-36998-0.html 诉状递上之后，在内华达州立刻引起轩然大波。劳拉三世幼儿园认为这位母亲疯了，一些家长认为她有点小题大做，她的律师也不赞同她的做法，认为这场官司 是浪费精力。然而，这位母亲却坚持要把这场官司打下去，哪怕倾家荡产。，3个月后，此案在内华达州立法院开庭。最后的结果出人预料，劳拉三世幼儿园败诉， 因为陪审团的23名成员被这位母亲在辩护时讲的一个故事感动了。她说：我曾到东方某个国家旅行，在一家公园里见过两只天鹅，一只被剪去了左边的翅膀，一只 完好无损。剪去翅膀的被放养在较大的一片水塘里，完好的一只被放养在一片较小的水塘里。当时我非常不解，就请教那里的管理人员。他们说，这样能防止它们逃 跑。我问为什么?他们解释，剪去一边翅膀的无法保持身体平衡，飞起后就会掉下来；在小水塘里，虽然没被剪去翅膀，但起飞时会因没有必要的滑翔路程，而老实 地呆在水里。当时我非常震惊,震惊于东方人的聪明。可是我也感到非常悲哀，为两只天鹅感到悲哀。今天，我为我女儿的事来打这场官司，是因为我感到伊迪丝变 成了劳拉三世幼儿园的一只天鹅。他们剪掉了伊迪丝的一只翅膀，一只幻想的翅膀，人们早早地就把她投进了那片小水塘，那片只有ABC的小水塘。 这段辩护 词后来成了内华达州修改《公民教育保护法》的依据。现在美国《公民权法》规定，幼儿在学校拥有两项权利：1．玩的权利；2。问为什么的权利。这两项权利的 列入是否起因于那位母亲的官司，不得而知；不过，有一点美国人非常清楚，这一规定，使美国在科技创新方面始终走在了世界的前列，也使美国出现了比其他国家 多得多的年轻的百万富翁。

I am an artist from China. I have been working on a conceptual art work named the Accusation of Heart since 2007. From the humanistic perspective, it is abnormal to take Bin Laden as an idol. But what makes me abnormal and become a fan of Bin Laden for so many years, is the morbid foreign policy of the US. Therefore, there is reason to make an accusation to the US Government and request compensation for my mental harm.

If that really have happened, then from that moment, the normal individuals of every country would have had no safety in front of the power of US. And this would have caused negative impact on the feelings of many people；There would have been more people who would admire Bin Laden; terrorism would have become the unavoidable nightmare of mankind. Base on this judgment, I finally decided to execute his conceptual work of art and dedicate this work to the cause of anti-terrorism of mankind.
After I have made this decision, I am no longer an overcautious and indecisive cow; I meant to be a noble man with international feelings. Real spirits of independence is refusal that declines the stress from society and others and protect of society of conscience. My decision is protecting society of conscience. 我的一个艺术网博客不能更新日志了，在那个网的QQ群找管理员解决问题。一个署名“80后”的傻B在我的发言后面敲了两句“你他妈的‘前卫’”“奥巴马都不如你牛B”的话。起初，我以为他赞同我，没理会。一会，这孙子竟在私聊中对我说“滚”。反过头再看聊天记录，原来那王八蛋是在挖苦我。
还是在这个艺术网，两年多前，该网的管理员在我的博客上留言，说我不适合搞行为艺术，说我的思维方式、思想状态都很正常，跟常人无异；告诉我只有思维不正常，敢于挑战人类极限的人才适合搞行为艺术。看看人家在网站的职位，我也不好说什么。当然，这个管理员的留言是善意的，他是看了我的画后留的言，告诉我继续画画会更有钱图。
我承认我的思想状态跟普通人一样，不敢做出挑战人类极限的事。但是，为什么行为艺术、前卫艺术就必须是思维不正常、敢于挑战人类极限人的专利呢？怎么思维正常的人就不能搞行为艺术了呢？如果搞行为艺术、前卫艺术的人就是为了表示他不同于正常人，那么一个有正常人思维的人搞行为艺术，在行为艺术范围内，不就又是前卫了吗？这群傻B，只知道按照别人的标准去思考判断，还他妈的玩艺术！
“心灵诉讼”怎么就前卫了？傻B，一点都不前卫。
世界各地有无数的人崇敬赞赏本拉登，我也跟着崇敬赞赏本拉登，这点我跟普通人一样；我说崇敬拉登是不对的，是心智不健全的病态心理，这是非常符合伦理道德的，也是正常人的正常思维；我说给我造成心灵伤害的是美国政府，要用法律的手段进行维权，这还是跟正常人一样，小孩喝了三鹿奶粉，都知道找商家索赔，我找造成我心灵扭曲的肇事者索赔，不还是跟俗人一样吗？人人都说西方世界好，我也崇拜迷恋西方世界，我也接受西方的人权标准，西方人认为心理健康比身体健康更重要，我觉得人家说的对，我也得注重自己的心理健康，我这还是正常人的正常思维，我把我的所有想法观点一一列出，没找到一处超越普通人普通思维的，可把这些正常思维放在一起，怎么就“前卫”了呢？

还是在这个艺术网，两年多前，该网的管理员在我的博客上留言，说我不适合搞行为艺术，说我的思维方式、思想状态都很正常，跟常人无异；告诉我只有思维不正常，敢于挑战人类极限的人才适合搞行为艺术。看看人家在网站的职位，我也不好说什么。当然，这个管理员的留言是善意的，他是看了我的画后留的言，告诉我继续画画会更有钱图。
我承认我的思想状态跟普通人一样，不敢做出挑战人类极限的事。但是，为什么行为艺术、前卫艺术就必须是思维不正常、敢于挑战人类极限人的专利呢？怎么思维正常的人就不能搞行为艺术了呢？如果搞行为艺术、前卫艺术的人就是为了表示他不同于正常人，那么一个有正常人思维的人搞行为艺术，在行为艺术范围内，不就又是前卫了吗？这群傻B，只知道按照别人的标准去思考判断，还他妈的玩艺术！
“心灵诉讼”怎么就前卫了？傻B，一点都不前卫。
世界各地有无数的人崇敬赞赏本拉登，我也跟着崇敬赞赏本拉登，这点我跟普通人一样；我说崇敬拉登是不对的，是心智不健全的病态心理，这是非常符合伦理道德的，也是正常人的正常思维；我说给我造成心灵伤害的是美国政府，要用法律的手段进行维权，这还是跟正常人一样，小孩喝了三鹿奶粉，都知道找商家索赔，我找造成我心灵扭曲的肇事者索赔，不还是跟俗人一样吗？人人都说西方世界好，我也崇拜迷恋西方世界，我也接受西方的人权标准，西方人认为心理健康比身体健康更重要，我觉得人家说的对，我也得注重自己的心理健康，我这还是正常人的正常思维，我把我的所有想法观点一一列出，没找到一处超越普通人普通思维的，可把这些正常思维放在一起，怎么就“前卫”了呢？

迟到的北京之行报告
迟到的北京之行报告
自从决定创作《心灵诉讼》以来，已经有1年多的时间了，因为顾忌政治强权的干扰，所以，一直小心的宣传、实施完善我的作品，一直在努力寻找律师、艺术机构的支持，然而，却难遇伯乐。
因为觉得自己的作品已经考虑的足够完善、充分，到了应该走下网络，走到现实生活中宣传、实施、创作自己作品的时候了，于是做了服装、道具，计划去北京宣传、展示我的作品。然而，当我做好必要的准备之后，从多方传来的讯息是北京的政治空气非常紧张，如果我去北京宣传我的作品，很有可能会遭到国家强力机关的干扰、阻挠。为此我请教了某部门的朋友，得到的答复是：“最好不要去北京宣传我的事情，否则，后果难以预料。”然而，创作并完成《心灵诉讼》的决心是不可动摇的，我不会因为朋友的善意警告而终止我的作品，于是，决定先到北京探探路，就邀了一个朋友于08年12月30、31日、元月1日跑到北京呆了两天半。由于答应了某部门朋友，所以，北京之行没有到原先计划要去的地方宣传展示我的作品，转而跑到北京大学、清华大学的图书馆，将我为《心灵诉讼》编辑的小册子《我要起诉美利坚》拿给这两个学校的图书馆，问他们这两所高校的图书馆是否能够、愿意收藏。结果两个学校图书馆的工作人员看了我的书，都表示愿意收藏，并给我开据了收藏证书。
《我要起诉美利坚》可以当作一本书来看待，同时也可以作为我的作品《心灵诉讼》的宣传手册，就有如家用电器的产品说明书。曾经有同事告诉我，我不应该印书，一印书就问题严重了，就把事情搞复杂了。而我的考虑是：我的作品实施难度是非常巨大的，它不是挑衅一个政府，而是挑衅两个政府，在我站到美国法庭之前，很多事情都是难以保证的，往严重里想，我都有可能会被某种政治势力用巧妙的方式让我从这个世界上悄无声息的“失踪”。所以，印书是必要的，如果我有生之年没有站到美国的法庭上，至少可以让这个小册子存世，多少年后，会有人知道我今天的努力是正确的。
好了，不多说了，从北京回津后，被一些俗事缠身，没有及时上传图片，没有及时记录我的创作历程。下面就上图片吧，分别是清华大学、北京大学的收藏证书，以及从图书馆出来后做的拍照记录。

转载，恐怖鞋子的秘密
经专家证实，前不久袭击布什的两只鞋子全部由中国东莞制造。据此，美国白宫发言人指责中国向伊拉克提供大规模杀伤性武器。但中国外交部严正指出，布什躲避鞋袭时所用的明显是中国功夫，中国据此也向美方提出强烈抗议，要求美方立即停止窃取中国高科技成果和侵犯知识产权的行为。
